Ron Paul vs. Barack O’Cain
VS.
Okay. I’ll say this right off the bat. I am a huge HUGE Ron Paul advocate. I listen to his ideals, principles and teachings and hold them dear to my heart. I believe he’s THE leader of the 21st century when it comes to politics. In fact, I’ve put my money where my mouth is. I’ve donated to his campaign, which – by the way – is still technically going. I’ve attended Ron Paul rallies and recently went to the Ron Paul March in Washington DC. Heck, I’ve even YouTube’d his hundreds of videos. (I would strongly suggest you do the same.)
Here’s 3 simple ways that Ron Paul separates himself from Barack O’Cain:
# 1 – Ron Paul wants to ABOLISH the Federal Reserve. That’s right…. ABOLISH! That is music to millions of over burdened tax payers ears! Barack O’Cain? – they believe our current banking system works miracles and that Ben Bernanke is doing a wonderful job. Puke!
# 2 – Ron Paul wants to ABOLISH the IRS! Now hey, I don’t know about you, but I love the idea of not having to pay the IRS everytime somebody clicks on a Google Adsense link. We’re taxed at a higher rate now than at any time in our country’s 200+ year history. Barrack O’Cain? “chirp chirp!”
# 3 – Ron Paul wants to decentralize the federal government and bring it to its constitutional roots. He believes in strong local government and individual God-given rights. Barrack O’Cain? They want to expand the size of government and keep our great country in perpetual war. They believe, and actions speak louder than words, that government should take care of us from cradle to grave. Ron Paul believes the people are the master of the government. Barrack O’Cain believes the government is the master of the people.
Now, these are 3 simple issues but they carry huge amounts of weight in the philosophy of the proper role of government. Ticky tack issues about where to spend what and how should not be the questions asked. The real questions are, “Why are we spending this money? (Is it lined up with the Constitution?) and, even better, “What gives us the right to spend this money in the first place?”
Ron Paul has been asking those questions for over 30 years in politics. Barack O’Cain has simply followed status quo. Now, I ask you this, where’s the REAL CHANGE? Who’s asking – and answering – the hard questions?
And the WINNER is -
