United States Senate “Bailout Bill” List of votes - Roll Call - Who voted “Yes” and who voted “No” ?

This is the most outrageous exercise of raw power against the people of this country since Roe v. Wade. I am horrified that our represenatives in DC have no respect for “we the people” and would allow criminals in their ranks to skate through this theft of our tax dollars. Then again, these are the same folks who allowed Bill Clinton to build a power plant in India with GAO underwriting the loan and India has yet to pay us back. Lots of luck staying in office folks. We WILL vote you out.

Calls to their senate offices late this afternoon leads me to conclude both Feinstein and Boxer voted against the vast majority of the people in their districts. Neither will get my vote for maintaining their senate seats!
There is a better way than we were being offered. However,it would have required courage, integrity,and morality.

Please hear me out… This is another major step toward Socialism/Fascism and what you will see unfold within the next 10 years will be shocking! Our currency will plummet in value as inflation spirals out of control. The housing crisis will become much worse and we will reach a state of panic. They will call for a new currency called the Amero that will be used in place of the peso, dollar, and canadian dollar. The American people will be in a panic and our leaders will vote for this to create stability. We will slowly but surely become a one-world government under the leadership of Obama. We will lose our freedoms and the antichrist will come to power. Laugh now, but repent when you see that this happening, for your time will be short to put your faith and trust in Jesus Christ.

We are soooooooooo screwed. It is amazing to me how millionaires (elected representatives) who got their money from a free enterprise system can vote for the socialism that this bill represents. It is beyond my comprehension.

Most of these traiters are in office until 2013, the rest until 2011. Only a few are accountable in 2009. Probably has something to do with the timing of this debacle foisted on us against our will.

My Sens went both ways. I call them both yesterday to let them know, that a yes vote, would be a no vote when they run again.

Socialism at it’s finest We need to immediately vote out anyone who voted yes on this bill full of earmarks. Apparently these Senators need to reminded who they work for. They have flat out told us with a yes vote that we don’t know what we are talking about and that we should just trust them because they know what’s best for us and our money. Well, excuse me but I don’t wish to give tax breaks to people who make wooden arrows for children. What? Which Senator thought that this was what was best to help “fix” our economy. This is the most ridiculous bill I have seen in a long time. And they want us to trust them?

I can’t believe all the pork barrel additives to the bailout just to get it passed. You know there are a lot of senators that’s going to pocket lots of money out of this or they wouldn’t have passed such a pile of bull crap as this. Does our goverenment not care about the American people anymore. Dictatorship in the making. Why haven’ anyone ever question obama about the $130.000 he recieved after the fredie mack, or was that not a true statement I heard…

My senator up for re-election voted no but the other voted yes. He’s out as soon as I get the chance. Dole is most likely out too since she only did it to get re-elected. I’m voting third party this time and for president too probably. We get a socialist president either way with those two clowns.

This is a clear indication that the people of this country are being worked over like a mark in a billiard room! Everyone needs to write to these clowns and let them know we will not tolerate this anymore! Bailout copout!! Like putting a bandaid on a gunshot wound! If these company’s went to a bank for a $1000 loan with what they have to offer they would be ushered out immediately!

Look at it this way, every man, woman and child in America has just been sent an UNitemized credit card bill for ~$6600. If you don’t pay up, the Government will confiscate the money and you will still go to jail.

Looking back at my life, I realize the Government has NEVER helped me. It’s become tyrant around the neck of every American looking to live under The Constitution.
